I believe this was not a instant reaction but per-meditated in nature. By his apparent "resignation" he was disgruntled for a very long time and chose this time to try to do as much damage to the fleet on his exit as he could. Of all the things this member tried to do, he tried to strike a low blow by bringing my marriage into his drama.

You must judge for yourself the kind of person that tries to injure someone in the worst way and by doing this he tried to implicate my incompetence through bringing my marriage into the mix. Again, please accept my sincerest apologies regarding this member.
